Cliff and I concentrate on Central Mass including Spencer, Brookfields,
Worcester, Oxford, Charlton, Holden, and Paxton. Cliff is a life long
resident of Spencer and Cindy has lived in the area, too, including
Southbridge, Sturbridge, Brookfield, and Worcester. We specialize
in marketing & selling residential homes, investment properties,
foreclosures, and modular homes.
Cliff is a licensed Broker in CT and MA. Cindy is a licensed Realtor
in MA. Our experience combined
gives you sales and marketing experience from Cliff's family owned
business Oakhill Greenhouse and Village Garden center and Cindy's
sales experience with a local business called Office Supply Superstore.
Cindy has marketing experience from working as the Presidents assistant
for a large reference laboratory in Worcester where she worked on
legal documents, marketing pieces, and financials. Both Cindy and
Cliff have degrees in Business Management. Cliff has a minor in Economics
and Cindy has a certificate in web design. Cindy also has a degree
in administrative office management. With many years of business and
sales experience, we are eager to put our experience to work for you!
Cindy is currently enrolled in courses to obtain the nationally recognized:
GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) and in CBR (Certified Buyers Representation).
Cliff is also taking the CBR course.
Cliff and Cindy are both Multi million-dollar producers and do most
of our business by referrals. Cliff and I pride ourselves on our level
