I give my highest recomendation possible to Cindy Leinonen of Houseworks Realty as a rental agent for my properties. I have worked with Cindy for the past year and could not be more impressed with the service her firm has provided me. I have very strict requirements for the tenants of my units and would rather have a vacancy than a marginaly qualified tenant. This did not dicourage Cindy. She showed my units multiple times and only brought me applications of the most qualified. She did a through background check to include a credit report, employment check and prior landlord reference check. When it was time to review an application Cindy would give her honest assesment of the pros and cons of each applicant. She did not try to just get a warm body into the unit in order to collect her commission but instead left the decision up to  me. When I rejected a couple of applicants because of weak credit she just kept showing my units until I was satisfied. Cindy kept in constant communication throuout the entire process including a feedback report after each showing. I highly reccomend Houseworks Reality and their services and will use them again in the future.
